Because our chocolate is handmade and perishable, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on chocolate products once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our contact form.

When reaching out, include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Weather & Shipping Conditions

CLEOtilde is not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures once the package has been delivered. We recommend tracking your shipment and bringing it inside as soon as possible.
